I’m so thankful there are journalists like you, Mark. Keeping us informed without having to scroll through twitter.

thanks for the reminder, Mark. thing is, these loser deflections were comparatively brave, most GOPs asked about this stuff went with the utterly pathetic "I haven't read the tweet" defense, the most craven excuse imaginable but shielding the one who offers it from the withering criticisms drawn by those who dared venture their own excuse.

I would say that Hillary's "deplorables" goes right up the line to the top.

What's missing is any push back by the corp press in real time (or ever). Trump's right wing sycophants just get to spew this deranged crap into a media void. There is no humiliation in Trump world. An no shame in corporate media.

This could not be more depressing. In what parallel universe would a criminal, racist, misogynist, wannabe dictator with no intellect ever command the votes of tens of millions of his fellow citizens in order to overthrow democracy, enrich himself and remain out of jail? And to that list, add the fact that he is owned - body and soul - by the vilest, most dangerous man on planet earth, Putin.

How is it remotely possible that the polls are even close? We have to ensure that there is a huge turnout of voters who are willing to ensure that the world doesn't tilt off its axis come November.

If the U.S. ever decides to name a national fairy tale, I nominate "The Emperor's New Clothes." Everyone thinks they'd be the kid who dares say the truth out loud, but it seems none of them are in the Trump entourage, the Republican Party, or the mainstream media.

With all the sexual abuse and comments made and reiterated by people about how women advance:

When anyone condones, or promotes that a successful women’s only way to move up the ladder is on her knees , then, What do you say to those successful women, mothers, wives, daughters and grandaughters in your life?

As the wife grabs her lunch as she is walking out the door,

“By honey, Don’t forget your

Knee pads, you never know when a job promotion might come up!

When your daughter or granddaughter graduates from college with high honors and starts working,

Do you present her with a gift to commemorate the job and say, “I’m so proud of you but it’s a man’s world and your going to need these knee pads

To climb that ladder.”

So tell us how you really feel!

It’s time to shut this down!!!

The sexual statement reiterated on fb about climbing the ladder was by a woman who has a daughter! This is a righteous woman who supports total abortion ban and thinks late term abortion infanticide too in response to my pro choice view.

Can’t disagree with anything you’ve posted here. As a conservative and former GOP voter I’d really appreciate another John Kass takedown. He’s not only lost his marbles, he’s a danger to himself.

Sadly, his sheer torrent of lies renders much of it into the realm of white noise. Yes, the media should rage at the vile storm of blather. But the average American can’t digest it while trying to go about the business of living daily life. Only a small cadre of political geeks, like those of us who devour “Stop the Presses,” can tune into this stuff. It’s just too much.

Painful. If it weren’t so frustrating and serious, I wouldn’t feel such anger mixed in w my laughter. Who What Why Where When allows him to be slippery and unaccountable?

But Harris developed a nuanced view on fracking!!! I think that pretty much washes out all the terrible things he's said. Right?!
