It's not just in articles about voting that I see a failure to come right out and address the issue the article is ostensibly about.

Why is legacy media failing us? What’s their motive? Do these folks think their lives would be better under tRump?

How do top dogs and journalists at legacy media companies see their careers flourishing under tRump?

It would be the end of most types of any real journalism.

I thought Patrick Marley's WaPo story was quite good and useful, but it copped out at the end with a false-equivalence conclusion.

Thank God/god for Marc Elias and Democracy Docket! At least there we can see the hard truth in vivid color without the shameful both sides crap or the obfuscation that you both address here. The press, our supposed 4th estate is really falling down and failing the American public!

Thanks you two for sharing your thoughts on headlines and pushing us to read just a bid more. It seems that republicans want the lower income voters to be less likely to vote which of course lowers their voice in our government.
