Mark, that's why Karoline's nickname is #BSBarbie.

Just makes sense.

Fox and the Republicans have tossed up so many Barbie clones over the years that I have trouble telling them apart.

I watched her spew lie after lie about the deportation of a man who had legal status, was a father and husband, and is sitting in a South American concentration camp that looks like a Nazi camp. He bought him a seat there. I almost threw my phone through the TV. Without a bat of an eye she lied about most everything. This is a huge betrayal of the USA’s trust. Alarm bells went off in my head!

I saw that too! She is a despicable human being. Gives blondes a bad name.

Did you noticed that all of them are blondes? Bondi, Green, this one? Trump selected them by the look and the ability to lick…his butt!

you just noticed that? The first time we heard her we knew that she was another paid liar. There’s no point in listening to anything she says, and a contempt with which she says it is disgusting. Trump will never allow them to tell the truth. This administration must be replaced! Or it’s going to sink us even lower than we’ve gotten to now.

For the life of me I can't figure out why MSM doesn't ban together and tell trump to go fuck himself. if only fox, oan, and newsmaxx published Leavitt's BS, while the real press covers the truth (or better yet, runs a shadow press secretary to point out lies every time she utters them), at least her reach would be diminished.

“Given the ongoing work of fiction coming out of the White House, why do news outlets’ top journalists hang on every word? Why not send an intern to record the hijinks while experienced journalists find the truth elsewhere?”

This problem predates Leavitt (whom I agree is the most bald faced liar to occupy the position of press secretary— and the most obnoxious to boot). The media has given far too much credibility to Trump’s BS. I pay very little attention now to news outlets upon which I had relied in the past. Thank goodness for Substack, The Guardian, and a handful of other media.

It would be fun to send her an email and tell her we all know she stands up there and lies to the American people. And for her cross necklace. We could say God does not like liars. I’m looking up her email

The very first lie she told was on Day 1, when she said she’d always tell the truth. That was a red flag.

Kayleigh McManamy did the same thing. They are all mean girl liars. I now trust no one wearing a cross. Jesus weeps.

Reporters go to press conference with Leavitt and dutifully report lies without analysis or without challenge. I agree that there is no point in anyone but a low-level intern attending, who could then give a report: "Leavitt lied today." And then there would be no need to go again, because every day is groundhog's day.

IMO that's the real problem: the reporters. Press secretaries and PR people in general are paid to spin, though there are, or should be, limits. When reporters report the spin without countering it, or bury the rebuttals 10 paragraphs down, they're just amplifying the spin -- and giving it credibility.

Unfortunately, I think Kellyanne Conway deserves credit for making People Who Don't Know Any Better confident that there is no absolute truth, just alternative facts. The damage that resulted has been incalculable.

If you have to be a liar to do a job, continually lying about everything, what does that say about you? That you have no ethics, no morals? That's what you're saying! I wouldn't take that kind of job for anything if I had to "pretend" that what I was telling everyone was truthful! The karma that would come back at me, I couldn't endure! Better to have a position that allows you to be honest, ethical, and moral!

Unfortunately, being a professional liar is a valuable asset for this administration. I imagine the top of her resumé says "Will lie for $!"

At this point it would probably be best if the W.H. Press Corp just sent a pool reporter to the briefings.

Is that supposed to be a compliment? How does "learning" to be like Trump achieving anything in the long run. Hopefully, we can get rid of him soon, and what does she do with all that "learning?" I wouldn't hire her to do anything!

Nope no compliments! All I can see is anyone learning from Trump is how to be a bully, mean, vindictive, a liar, and abuser.
