Does Trump not realize that the job of principal is difficult and time consuming and it takes a few years to really get a clear handle on the system? Should the principal job change every year on the whim of disgruntled parents who have no idea what goes on behind the scenes? I thought Republicans were all about local control of schools, how would this federal mandate work with that philosophy?
