Trump is following his campaign plan - one lie is a problem, a million lies is noise - for his cabinet picks. One (or a few) bad selections are debatable, all bad selections overloads the system and can't be addressed.

The Republican senators have to be aware that Trump is looking to destroy our country. I mean, why else would he be looking to appoint the very worst people to head our most important institutions - justice, health, education, defense, intelligence and administration - if not to destroy our country from within? It is appalling that these senators are playing along under the cover of governance in normal times by providing nominal pushback and then falling in line. The mainstream media, of course, have proved worthless in standing up to him and calling out his lies.

This is not just shameful, it is dangerous in the extreme. We, the people, need to seize the initiative by making our voices loud enough so that we cannot be ignored.

Starving the government of revenue is an idea of the right that's probably decades old now. In the past, they thought that to keep the budget in balance, this could kill off everything back through the New Deal. Trump's more likely to put the country into default instead, as he's never had a problem spending other people's money. I don't think anyone voted for Russia's economy. Ours will be a lot harder to kill, but this is a good first step.

Hi Kathryn, more than likely it's some sort of computer glitch on your side. The link works just fine on mine. As a first step, please try rebooting your computer to see if that resolves the issue.
